Driving to switzerland- Very complex case- help needed!!

It's a very complex case and I have no idea how the whole thing is going to work. So would appreciate any advice really. Here it is:

My husband is planning to drive MY car to Switzerland with my household stuff as I'm coming & live here in Switzerland. The car is owned by me. The car is insured. He has a swiss driving license so he can legally drive my car (I think).

Questions 1) will and how he's going to declare to waiver import duty & tax at French and German borders? For both the car and the goods? Can he claim no import duty on the car coz the car is not owned by him?

2) can he drive the car into Switzerland declaring no import duty because the car is not owned by him and he's already a swiss resident?

3) if the answer to question 2 is a no - does it mean I will have to drive the car to Switzerland border? Will French and German border would require me (the vehicle owner) drive the car in to waiver the import duty as well?

Thanks very much in advance for any advice!
