Best home internet/mobile phone deal?

Hello to all!

I will be living in Basel from september, and was wondering what the best home internet/mobile phone deal was. I can't spend a fortune, but would like to have around 4 hours of calls (any network) for the mobile plan, and internet with no data limit. I had a look through the forum and couldn't find a clear answer to my question.
