Humidity and door not close - who repairs

Hi

Yesterday, I opened my door to my balcony for few seconds and tried to close it. It wouldn't shut properly. I suspect that humidity had expanded the door slightly and it was a mistake to open it. I used an hair dryer and a table fan to dry the door with no effect.

I would like to know for this kind of issue, who is responsible for the repair - Tenant or Landlord? I have no idea how to solve this problem ...
