Legal Advice in case of my Colledge

I'm a student studing in a hospitality colledge. To some extend, we think that our colledge violates the contract between colledge and students, we are looking for legal approach to protect our right.

Things goes like this:

Before we enter the college, information on official website shows that we are going to get two certificates from our colledge and Manchester State University (MSU).

However, after we enter the college 3 weeks (in Week 4, only 11 weeks in one term), we are informed that CR change the coporation university, they no longer coporate with MSU, DU instead.

Everything changed suddenly, without informing us.

Futhermore, because of the changing coporation university, we need to make up new courses in next term, but, this sacrifice our willing to choose optional moudule.

We really wanna know is there any approach for us to argue this issue from the aspects of violating contract? Because we have argued this issue with Head of Master, but she reject our protest and ignore our voice.

First, is this case relating with violating contract? So that maybe we can argue it from law aspects.
Second, does anyone know how to have an advice from law office? I'm in Brig(Vailas)...
