When you realize your boss does not like you....

I have been working for a company in Morges for 24 months as a programmer.
In general I'm happy. I don't like everything but... ca va. :)
Especially on a personal level, I used to have a really good working relationship with the people I had to collaborate with.

But since the 1st of December I have a new manager. There was a huge re-organization and my position now reports to that guy.
I knew him already but had not worked with him.
But he hates my ex boss and the project on which we work (which is funny because he is now responsible for this project that he hates).

Now, he made a huge mistake a couple of days ago, when he hit "reply-all" to an old e-mail of his that he had sent to external consultants, in order to ask them an update on the situation, and in this e-mail he copied me since I am now part of his team.
In that e-mail chain, there is an interesting short e-mail in which he attacks me and another guy personally, calling us non-transparent and saying that he refuses to take responsibility for what our team did (using some quite sarcastic/offensive words in French that I won't repeat here).

Now, I already did not like him much, but after seeing this e-mail, I want it to hurt.

So, I am asking if you know if Swiss labour law allows me to demand that I do not report to him, since he obviously has a personal issue with me, or quit the company right away, without respecting my 3-month notice period and have no consequences.
Of course you can disappear from your company any moment, but then you cannot expect a good job certificate.
I want to argue that since the company put me under a new manager that has a personal issue with me:
-EITHER they change my manager immediately (and then I can help him by transferring my knowledge to whoever poor person ends up working for him).
-OR I am entitled to quit the company and have my job certificate written by the manager for whom I worked for 24 months.

PS. I do not want to do this now, but right after Christmas. He does not know I've seen that old e-mail and he is still the same a$$, thinking that I need to work for him (I don't, I'm actually thinking to take a sabbatical of a few months). And he's leaving on holiday next week, so it's only 5 days left and then I won't see him until the first working day of 2014.
