I am curious as to the differences between the U.S. and Switzerland when it comes to eating clean (non-GMO and organic).
In the U.S., growing your own food, always eating at home, and buying from trusted organic sources are about as good as it gets. And even with growing your own food, you have to worry about GMO seed contamination from neighboring farms.
How is it in Switzerland as far as restaurants and grocery stores go? Are most products conventional (vs. organic), and are non-GMO labeled products the minority?
