Mixing Bircher Muesli and Porridge

Try this mixed recipe...
(4 portions)
  • 120g oats flakes – pour hot water onto it and mix.
  • 2 apples – grated and mix with the oats (you can also use banana or mix both)
  • 100 ml almond milk – you can also use hazelnut milk, mix with the oats and apple
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice – add in the mix
  • 120g berries – add in the mix
  • 2 fruits compotes no added sugar – or use 2 tbs maple syrup or 2 tbs honey
You could also add some seeds or nuts if you like.
Leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before eating.
