This has probably be answered ad-infinitum so I apologize if it has.
My wife is a Swiss-Citizen born in Switzerland. We are living in the Kanton of Zurich (I have been living here for 2 years). I am an Australian citizen with a B-Permit.
I have just checked my pay-slip and it says "With-holding tax", which means I have been taxed at the source.
My understanding was that I should NOT be taxed at the source since I am married to a Swiss Citizen.
Before I go and speak to HR tomorrow PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
Cheers
