Quiet hours....

Hi all,

Is there any details or specification on what can be expected during quiet hours?

It's clear no loud music or screaming or banging walls is allowed but what about walking and talking, being awake in general after 10 pm?

I would like to stick to the quiet hours requirements of course but I will not go to bed at 10pm and want to know if I have rights to circulate in my house with no shoes and speak on normal voice levels...

May be someone can help?
