We had a baby last September. I have been in Maternity leave from that time onwards. My maternity leave was over in January and I am currently utilizing my vacation leaves. I have requested to my employer to extend my leave beyond my vacation days with loss of Pay. However my employer is forcing me to join back immediately. can they legally do that? I am still nursing the baby and I believe in Switzerland I cannot be forced to join back till the time I am nursing. Can anyone let me know where are we going wrong? How long can I stay away from work if I want to. I dont want to leave my baby immediately. She is still small
