foreign doctor note

Hi all,

Just a quick question.

I'm abroad on vacation leave and got sick. I won't unfortunately be able to come back to Switzerland in time where I work with a permanent contract.

Does my doctor's note from here is valid or do I need to make a new one as soon as I'm back in CH?
