Jack goes to the Market and picks out what is in season and interesting in Switzerland and tells you what to do with. Good also for vegetarians.
His classes are filled month's in advance, so you wouldn't be able to get in on your own.
To sign up, you would pay him directly via paypal or einzahlungshein before the class.

We explore the seasonal fruits and vegetables of Europe during this class. The class begins with an introduction to a selection of freshly products from the local market. You will receive useful purchasing and storage tips, discover what to look for and what to avoid. Then, for some selected items, you will have a chance to participate in learning how to prepare the product. We conclude by serving you a complete meal which was freshly prepared during the class naturally accompanied by a glass of wine or two!
We use mostly plant-based products dairy is sometimes used, but options are available. Gluten is used. We offer this course on weekday evenings beginning at 18:30 and concluding around 21:30-ish Cost CHF 125 per person Language English Number of participants 6-8
