Rabies shot after microchip is inserted?

So we are going to be moving in November to Basel with two dogs. One of which has to get a rabies vaccine in a couple of weeks before we board her. Her current chip does not meet the ISO standard requirements so she will need to be chipped again. I read though that they have to have their chip inserted The chip must have been implanted before the present rabies vaccination at the latest.

So do i need to scramble and order a Datamars chip online which is ISO compliant (Standard 11784/11785) and get that inserted before the rabies so she doesn't have to get a rabies shot 2x in a matter of months?
