Working in Switzerland for a Chinese citizen

Hi,

My girlfriend is from China (PRC), she has a Bachelor in internationnal trading but from an university that is not famous at all, she speaks very well English, Chinese and learns French a little bit.
I am technically a French citizen (just to avoid the military duty) but I am born in Switzerland and I can have the Swiss citizenship quickly if necessary.

She and I were wondering if it would be possible for her to come to live and work in Switzerland with me. Do you think that with her qualifications she can have a work permit for Switzerland and a nice job? (by nice job i mean something better than server in a chinese restaurant)

I plan to live in China with her for a while but I would like to know if it will be possible to come back to Switzerland or anywhere else in Europe.
