Fine for driving a Swiss car across the border into Austria

I wonder if anyone on EF has had such a situation or a similar problems going through to Austria!?

Also, what does anyone know the exact rules/requirements relating to driving your Wife/Brother/Son/Daughter's car across to Austria?
