Two questions...this will be my first attempt at this...anyone, have any experience, with making a fermentation bucket, as opposed to dropping a fortune on buying one? Also, Nettles...does it matter if I have short or high ones? I am considering either taking the leaves and drying them for a life times supply of tea(or packaging it and selling it), or making a Ginger Nettle Beer. I have TONS of it. Ok, that was an exaggeration, but I have a lot. Any thoughts on either subject is appreciated.
