A year or so ago we bought a Kitchen Aid food processor for a very good price from Coop. It is still under warranty but sadly irreparable. They have offered us the original price back but, even though it broke a little too easily, we would much prefer a replacement. They are telling us that is all they will offer, there will be no replacement.
Has only had an experience with Coop warranties or know what the rights are? Unfortunately we gave them the warranty slip so have no record of the terms.
