Cleaning large windows and blinds

Hi, I know that this has possibly been covered by previous older threads, but Veterans of the site please bear with me.

Does anyone have the perfect solution for cleaning the windows and blinds, without too much elbow grease.

Would a power washer clean the electric blinds safely or damage them??

Is there a tool that one can buy in Migro/Coop etc and what is the appropriate cost.

I want to do them myself and do not want to employ anyone to do them.
