Health Insurance Referendum

Does anyone have any info on how the (if voted in) new public health fund would work?

So it would be one system rather than 60+ insurers, but;

Would payments still vary from Canton to Canton?
Would you still only be covered in your Canton, or would it cover you throughout Switzerland?
Would there still be different models Hausartz, telmed etc?
