Hello guys!
I have a quick question. I am currently working in a company and I have been offered a position in another company. I am thinking about switching to the new company, but I would like to keep my contract with my current company and convert it to 20/40%. (Not discussed it yet, so I do not know if it would be accepted, but there is an ongoing project in which I was heavily involved). My questions are:
1) Is that possible from a legal point of view?
2) What happens with pension plan, taxation, etc?
I am on permit B, and the sum would exceed 120k per year. If this is not possible, would it be possible to set up a small private company? What is the procedure, how much does it cost and what will I have to consider in doing so?
