Bike -- flat tire

About how much does it cost to have a flat repaired in zurich?

Do they usually do it right away, or does one wait a few days or make an appointment?

If the bike is one of the free city loaner ones, is one able to return it with a flat and not need to pay?

Have not seen any bike shops in my travels.
