Food recylcing bin

Hi

We have a wheelie bin food bin outside our apartment block and want to put our food in a small bin that we keep on the kitchen work top. Does anyone know where we can buy one of these please?

We've been using a bowl with a compostable bag inside (roughly covered with a plate) but recently found a cockroach. Urgh! So need a bug tight solution quickly!
