I'm very new to the forum but been following for a while from the shadows. Since people here have gone through all sorts of impossible situations and usually have good advice, I was wondering, how did you manage to find an apartment that accepted outdoor cats?
I need to move in the following months and all the apartments I have checked so far only accept indoor cats, even the ground floor ones. My cats prefer to go outside, but they do not need a cat door (so I'm not gonna cut a hole in the window as soon as I move to a new apartment). They just go out through the normal door, hang out during the day and wait for me to get back home and let them inside in the evening. Maybe I'm missing something here, but why should this be a problem?
