Calculating cost of establishing a business

Hi all,
I am about to take some consulting project.

I am trying to figure out what is the break even point of establishing Sole proprietorship, GmbH or AG. In other words what revenues do I need to get in order to make it GmbH or AG.

Can any one recommend a website that make this type of calculations?
