Logistics of leaving apartment

I was wondering if anyone has experience or advice about the logistics of leaving my flat.

1. I need help with the cleaning, as I won't have time to do it all on my own. However, I find the prices on cleaning companies' websites totally exaggerated for what they need to do here. They go by the number of rooms and do not seem to take much into consideration the state of the flat. My place is in really good and clean condition and I just need help with the kitchen, bathroom and windows. Would it really be worth getting a company to do the whole place with a guarantee for an exaggerated price? I would prefer to just get someone in to do those 3 things. Is that too risky?

2. Someone is coming to pick me up with a car when I move out as I will have some suitcases and boxes. However, this person lives really far away and can only come on the Mon afternoon and we have to leave together by Wed morning. I'm thinking that I need to get the cleaners here on Mon, and do the flat exit hoo ha with the real estate on Tue morning so that I am here for an extra day in case something is wrong. However, that means that the suitcases and boxes will still be in the flat for most of Mon. Will cleaners refuse to clean if anything is still in the flat?! Alternatively, I can get the cleaners here on Tue when everything is out, but that means I can only do the flat exit on Wed morning, after which I will leave Switzerland pretty much straight away.

Any thoughts or advice on how to best organise this??
