Here goes my first complaint!
So, I'm not just saying this because I don't like MSG. And, no I haven't be officially tested, so I can't say I'm allergic.. what I can say is that when I have a noticeable amount, I cannot sleep that night. It keeps me up. I talked to my mom about it. She has the same problem. Unfortunately, I noticed a similar problem in my 2 year old after eating a Knorr soup that I didn't review closely enough (when I brought her down at bedtime, she was chatting so fast and fidgeting so much my husband's eyes popped out of his head and he asked what happened... that's when I asked him to translate the soup packet for me). So, I believe intolerance to it runs in my family.
Anyway, it's EVERYWHERE here!!! ughh! We had a BBQ the other day and my husband bought what he thought were the more natural items to grill and 2/3 of his meat packets had it. Really?! I am so happy I can relax and not worry as much about so many food things here... but now I'm paranoid that if I'm not reading everything closely, I'll have a restless night (as will the baby!).

(on a side note, I LOVE that it's labelled in restaurants in Germany! It's really making my life easier!)
