Prenatal yoga with Michelle promotes the enjoyment of pregnancy by teaching body awareness, specific breathing techniques, visualisation and birthing movements.
The benefits of prenatal yoga have been scientifically proven for pregnancy and labour and can help you and your partner have a beautiful birth experience (incl. c-section).
You will learn simple practices that can be done at home or in the workplace to increase comfort, to find inner strength and calm and to undo stress and fear.
It is recommended to begin after the 14th week of pregnancy.
