Paying for furnace/chimney maintenance as a renter?

Hi everyone. :)
I just had a question. Is it normal in Switzerland for the renter to have to pay for the cleaning of the oil furnace/chimney, or is that something the landlord takes care of (especially when they are the ones who arranged for the cleaning)?
