It was bought in Switzerland and I had no complains with it. A perfect relaxing chair to watch TV or sit and surf internet while the different settings of the chair massage your body at 4 different positions, also there is an excellent heat function and five different modes to choose and all controlled through a remote. The chair could be inclined to different angle and the leg part could be lifted up for extra comfort.
The chair is covered with soft leather and is free from any stains or stretch.
