Hello- we've been in a great apartment since it was built in 2009 and are now moving away. Thought I'd post it to englishforum before it gets advertised widely and there's a stampede via homegate;

Great transport links; right by the S10 (Uetlibergbahn) stop at Friesenberg, along with bus 32.
Nice neighbours; a mix of swiss and expats, family and pet friendly.
Price; need to double check with agency, but I think it will be between 2750 and 3000 per month incl nebenkosten.
The apartment will suit a couple, family or I guess even a professional house share, but all of our direct neighbours are either families or couples.
