I have been lurking on this forum for a couple of months now and since we will be moving to Switzerland from Sydney in July this year, I thought it was time to introduce myself. My husband is Swiss and has lived in Sydney for over 10 years but since starting our family he has had this yearning to return to Switzerland. So we decided this year was the time to do it before our eldest starts school. We have three children (5, 3 yr old and 10 months) so although I am excited, it has been quite a daunting task preparing the move overseas with three little ones. We are staying in Hilterfingen the first few weeks whilst we search for an apartment around Bern or even Thun.
If anyone resides around Bern and has small children, I would love to hear from you as I do not have any connections in Switzerland (besides my husband's family). By the way this forum has been so great and informative in helping me prepare for the move.
