Oktoberfest, München accomodation 28 to 30 September

I have booked a double room with separate bathroom, in Munich
for the middle weekend of the Oktoberfest.
Fortunately for you I no longer need it, and rooms at this price
are as rare as hens' teeth. 2 nights cost €178 plus a booking fee.

I can easily get my deposit €178 returned, but I believe I would
lose the booking fee which I have paid to https://www.airbnb.ch

Is anybody interested in taking over this reservation at the price
