How would you define "natural born" in these days of global living? Is having just one American for a parent enough? Should being born at US military base in a foreign country count? Given the ruckus over FATCA and all us foreign dual citizen tax cheats, are they likely to "relax" the rule for him or actually tighten it up to it's implied meaning of actually being born in the country? Should the rule even exist these days?
