As we are expecting a second baby by May, in a family set up where both my wife and me have full time jobs, we are thinking how will the best set up will look like next year moving forward.
After many thoughts, and with our 4 years old son starting kindergarten, we think looking for support at home will be the best.
We are searching for house support, so I do not know if someone would be interested in supporting us for 8 hours a day Monday to Friday. The goal is to have support with the kids and also with the housekeeping activities of our apartment.
Does any of you have any reference or advise?
