Where to buy this ventilation filter foam?

I opened up the bathroom ventilation thing and found this. I attached a picture. Anybody know where I can buy this replacement foam padding
or filter pad?

I tried migros bau and coop hobby. I showed them this picture and they do not carry it.

Also, is it the landlord's responsibility to replace this or mine?
