Hi Everyone...
I want to introduce everyone on this forum to a new meet-up group I have started in Zürich which is for anyone who has been diagnosed with MS. It is also quite appropriate for those of you who may know someone with MS.
Background Information
Multiple Sclerosis is no longer a disease without hope. Current scientific evidence clearly suggests MS can be effectively treated with simple lifestyle changes...changes which are based on common sense and not really any different than what would be prescribed to anyone with heart problems, diabetes or many other so-called 'Western' diseases.
The Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis (OMS) program is a summary of the extensive research on the various factors shown to have some effect on slowing or stopping the progression of MS...and facilitating recovery. The evidence condenses down to a simple lifestyle and optional medication program. Embracing this lifestyle, and making changes with a positive and hopeful outlook, provides the best chance of living a long, happy and healthy life.
My Story
I have personally been following the OMS lifestyle approach for nearly 5 years now with dramatic results: zero disability, zero medication and healthier now than before my diagnosis. My complete story if one of 12 stories featured in the book: Recovering from Multiple Sclerosis: Real Life Stories of Hope and Inspiration (available on Amazon). But my story is really only one of success story from thousands worldwide...and that number is growing dramatically each day!
Meet-Up Group
My new meet-up group, Overcoming MS - Switzerland, is an informal gathering of others in the area who are also following the program or are interested in finding out more - either for themselves, a family member or friend.
I would be really happy to answer any questions...or perhaps welcome you to our group and our next meeting.
Everything is free!
Next Meet-Up: Monday, May 19th 19:00 in Zürich-Oerlikon
Join our Meet-Up Group or find out more about the group and meeting location: Overcoming MS - Switzerland

Many thanks and wishing everyone good health!
