Video 2000 / Cablecom Being Slow

Hey all,

I'm on Video 2000 (Cablecom internet) in Neuchatel and for the last 3 days it has been painfully slow.. seems to download files OK but surfing is very bad on my laptop and phone, on wireless or by ethernet. Is / Has anyone experienced the same thing with cablecom?
